This question might be more aptly phrased “how much is not outsourcing bookkeeping costing me?” For many business owners the time and money spent on in-house bookkeeping and payroll is money and time best spent elsewhere.  03  Will you come to my business or office?

I will work out any arrangement that works best for you. I can come to your office (additional fee for travel) on a schedule that suits your needs, or work remotely from our office. If you prefer we work from our office, it isn’t always necessary to make an extra trip to drop off your financial documents – we can safely receive information via internet, fax, US mail, UPS, FedEX or safe encrypted cloud based-systems.  We have served our happy clients in the Dallas, Rockwall, Garland, Mesquite, Heath, Rowlett, Fate, Greenville, Plano and Allen, TX Texas areas.

 

 

 

 04  Do I get to keep my accountant?

No, I can perform bookkeeping services and take guidance from your current CPA or enrolled agent. We value your relationship with your CPA and look to enhance the day to day record keeping so your CPA can make informed decisions. Safe Harbor bookkeeping and accounting services helps eliminate the frustration that can arise between the CPA and the clients due to inadequate bookkeeping—the client believes they are charged too much by the CPA for simple bookkeeping service, and the CPA cannot charge full value for his or his staff’s time for bookkeeping services.

 

 

 

 05  What bookkeeping software is recommended?

QuickBooks™ is the accounting software that we recommend and we are experts at its usage. We currently support QuickBooks for PC, Mac and QuickBooks Online, as well as the cloud accounting software Xero. If you utilize an accounting program not mentioned, please let us know and we will quickly figure out how we can help you.  We can also help with point of sale [POS], electronic data interchange [EDI] or client relations management systems [CRM].  Fluent in SAGE 100 and other complex systems.
